OWNR operates “residential leasing” for purchase properties.

OWNR is a start-up that does “residential leasing.” The company buys apartments and houses and renovates them according to the wishes of the customer. The latter can initially live in the property on a trial basis. At the end of the leasing period, the customer decides whether to purchase the property at a previously agreed price, continue to live in it on a perpetual lease, or move out. OWNR assumes the duties of a landlord during the lease period. However, unlike leasing concepts from the automotive industry, the customer does not have to make a down payment on the subsequent purchase price. The offer is particularly interesting for customers who do not yet have sufficient equity for a purchase at the time of first occupancy.
