The Hanseatic Bank Solution Lab is an in-house innovation lab.

The Solution Lab is an in-house innovation lab at Hamburg-based Hanseatic Bank, where small teams consisting of employees from different departments work on an innovative idea over a period of four weeks. The focus is not on the innovation approach alone, but rather on getting to know new, agile forms of work. At the same time, it shows where there is still a need for change in the company. The team is continuously accompanied by two external coaches. The goal is to further develop the original idea into a prototype.
