Transformance is developing an AI platform to automate operational processes within the order-to-cash cycle. The software acts as an additional layer on top of existing ERP systems and independently executes processes such as payment allocation (cash application), management of open items and processing of complaints (claims and dispute settlement). Autonomous AI agents process transactions and investigate discrepancies while at the same time having final decision-making power and full auditability of actions by employees.
