wertfaktor allows real estate owners to sell part of their property to companies, with the sold portion being paid out immediately. Through the so-called usufructuary right (“Nießbrauchrecht”), however, the person can continue to live in the property and design the property as desired, wertfaktor acts as a silent partner until the final sale of the property when moving out. As soon as a move-out takes place, wertfaktor sells the remaining shares on behalf of the clients as profitably as possible and takes over the complete sales processing.
