The US company Zyphe helps banks, fintechs and payment service providers to comply with regulatory requirements. Its main functions include Know Your Customer and anti-money laundering. Zyphe’s decentralised platform enables identification processes without, for example, identification data being stored on the bank’s servers, which is intended to reduce the risk of data breaches or hacks for businesses and provide consumers with greater security. Preparations are underway for the company’s market entry in Germany, based in Hamburg.
